Jade Artisan proudly ships worldwide from Taiwan via EMS International, delivering securely to destinations across the globe.
Each piece is carefully prepared before dispatch, with orders typically shipped within 3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, with most orders arriving within 14 days. Please note that occasional customs inspections may cause slight delays beyond our control. (ie, Xmas, Lunar New Year)
For your peace of mind, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order is on its way.
Shipping Privileges
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within Greater China, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Mainland China.
For international destinations, orders of CHF 160 / USD $200 and above enjoy complimentary worldwide shipping.
For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of CHF 15 / $USD 20 will apply starting April 1st, 2026.
