Refund policy

Returns
If you would like to return your order, please contact us by email within 3 calendar days of receiving your order and we will provide you with an address to return the item to. If 3days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.


Shipping
Depending on where you live, you will be able to return the item to either Switzerland or Taiwan. Address will be provided by service@jadeartisan.co

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. As it is a valuable item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as this reduces the risk that we will not receive your returned item.
