Delivery

Jade Artisan ships globally from Taiwan via EMS International to any street address in the world. 

Shipping time varies by location, but most orders are processed and shipped in 3 business days. Orders should be received no later than 14 days after purchase though customs delays are possible.

All our shipping is fully insured and tracking codes will be provided for full peace of mind.
